My first cake on CakesDecor: a Frozen cake “without” Elsa, but with her transparant cape and tiara.

The birthday wishes of the 5 year old Hinde were all about the transparant cape from Elsa; not about Elsa herself, just her cape. So I was asked if I could make something with the cape, but without Elsa. There was the challenge! Love it!! How to make a shiny and transparant cape with snowflakes, and where to attach it to without modelling an Elsa?
