My New years resolution this year was to step out of my comfort zone with my cakes. So here is my 1st cake of the year I made this cake for my 3 sons ages 21-27. Their birthday’s are all in December and January. This is my first time using modeling chocolate and wafer paper. the Prow (dragon head) was inspired from a real Viking ship. The cake is chocolate cake with Strawberry SMBC and covered in ganache.
