Multiple beer cakes stacked together as one, This was my favorite historian’s birthday cake.He was having multiple parties so this cake was to be disassembled a few times. He loves the Calvary, so I had to include a ranger style hat, Union and Confederate Hats belt buckles and bullets. The books are period books as well, Gone with the wind, Uncle Toms Cabin etc. Took a bit of research to get the fort Sumter flag right and there’s a dagger, and cameo on the top of the flag. All cake covered in Italian meringue buttercream, or chocolate ganache and covered with modeling chocolate.
