My second Frozen cake this week. This one for my daughter’s party tomorrow. I wanted to make it look homemade which is why I did the rough icing. My daughter and I made the rock candy for the ice wedges ourselves, it was our first try.
The inside of the cake is alternating layers of vanilla cake dyed teal and violet.
The roses were hand sculpted. Hope the kids enjoy the cake!
