I was approached by our parish council, and asked to create a cake for The Diamond Jubilee ‘Big Lunch.’ I used the Diamond Jubilee logo for inspiration and turned it into cake! The display on the day included 100 embossed cupcakes, each handpainted and themed on The Jubilee.
