This is my first attempt at Swiss-roll. I was always afraid to make them as they are delicate to handle. But this time I gathered courage and decided to make one on our 6th weeding anniversary.
It’s a heart pattered choice Swiss-roll filled with whipped white chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries!
