I love making sugar flowers, I have never made an Iris before and I’m quite pleased with it! The cake is gluten free lemon drizzle cake, filled with lemon curd, covered in lemon buttercream and sugarpaste. I used the Claire Bowman Victoriana cake lace mat for the lace round the sides.
