So with one days notice my two sons, Blaine 10 and Jack 7 decided to let me know they would like to give their teachers some cupcakes to say “Thank you for being such awesome teachers”.
This is what i come up with for them! My boys are super dooper happy with the designs, which is even better!
Without knowing the teacher’s favourite flavours, i figured you cannot go wrong with vanilla, so vanilla it was! Very Vanilla bean cupcakes with Vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream. Which, mind you was a challenge in itself, considering here in Brisbane, AU we have had big storms every afternoon and night, with the humidity through the ROOF! But luckily for me, my meringue held it’s shape and didn’t flop on me YAY! xx

P.S I also had a bit of fun playing around in photoshop (which i don’t normally get time to do) to create a cool looking background that suited these little guys.
