Shuantell is a sweet girl who’s a huge fan of Rapunzel. One of her birthday wish was to have a Rapunzel birthday cake. Wish granted. Rapunzel is made of Mexican paste, her hair was supported by skewer so it won’t fall off and use an extruder for her hair. Most of the cake has been airbrushed especially the bottom tier to make a bokeh effect. some tiny blossom flowers and the tower is made out of rice cereal treats coated with milk chocolate ganache and covered with fondant and airbrsuhed it.
