This was a huge cake I made for an amazing man who had had a really tough few years battling cancer, and had finally gone into remission before his 60th birthday :-). I was thrilled to be asked to make this cake, showing the birthday boy on his beloved boat with his lovely boxer dog looking on. Everything except the mast is edible.
