For my friends granddaughters graduation – she received several honors including the Governors Scholars Award – they said she was such a brainiac they had to do a brain cake! It was a dome cake, carved down, iced and then the “brain tissue” is tinted fondant to match the icing. The “Brain Stem” is a cake ball covered in fondant.
