Every month I bake for my friend’s book club. This month’s selection was Stephen King’s 11/22/63, where much of the story revolved around Al’s Diner, “Home of the Famous Fatburger”. These are vanilla cookies with a fudge “patty”, fondant lettuce-tomato-cheese, and shortbread “fries”.
