This is my son-Ethans birthday cake! Spiderman of course for a 5 year old! I had lots of fun doing a topsy turvy cake! The top tier is vanilla white chocolate with chocolate ganache filling. It is frosted with vegan whipped chocolate buttercream. The bottom cake is chocolate cake with whipped buttercream and fondant stripes. My son loved the cake! ;)
