This Elsa sculpted cake was carved for a special birthday. head and body was made of cake and some modelling chocolate and fondant. The lace was made with cake lace. I used an airbrush and some pearl sheen and glitter for her dress. I enjoyed doing this one a lot. It took a total of 12 hours approximately to complete.
