What to do for someone that really appreciates flowers and plants and nature and is big on Chocolate but not on fondant? I created this Cake for my partner’s Birthday. All roses and grass/greenery are fresh and I spray some of the eucalyptus leaves and collected the sycamore and left to dry as it would give a wild autumn look to the cake and also be , in this case, more appreciated. The Cake is all iced with dark chocolate ganache and I use cake crumbs in green,orange and yellow for the moss-like effect.
