I made this cake with the movie The nightmare before Christmas as inspiration focusing on one of the main characters Jack Skellington. The head is made entirely of rice crispy treat and covered in a marshmallow fondant that I make. Everything on the cake is entirely edible with the exception of the neck. I used a plastic white pipe for that to ensure stability. I also did a lot of hand painting on this cake. The drawing on the bottom tier as well as the stripes on the second tier and the face on the head was all hand painted.
