This was for a couple that wanted chocolate. Rich and sinful. It had milk chocolate mousse filling. Whipped ganache icing and dripping ganache around. I cut out some shortbread in various shapes and drizzled them with chocolate. My mouth just wants a cold glass of milk, when I think about this cake.
