I know I’m sorry- its another frozen cake. I couldn’t help it. When a sweet little 5 year old girl, looks up at you with these puppy dog eyes and says " will you please make me a elsa frozen cake" how on earth do you say no to that.

I have seen thousands of frozen cakes. I’ve made my own before, but lately I haven’t been feeling the frozen cake theme. They’re all beautiful and creative but rarely do I see a Frozen cake that isn’t “busy” and sometimes when I look at all the different cakes of Frozen my A.D.D just goes into overload.

So I decided to change things. Instead I give you simple Frozen princess cake. There’s an elegance to simplistic cakes that i just appreciate so much. The cupcakes were just something I added to the order so that I could practice my cupcake presentation on camera. The crown is modeling chocolate. The rest is fondant.
