My 10yr old daughter Beth has watched me and played with icing so much, she decided she wanted to design and make her own Halloween cake. This is what she came up with. Everything from figures to Roses were made by Beth, She baked the cakes (red velvet and a baileys fudge cake), mixed her colours, covered her cakes, as can be seen in the other pics. All I did to help was dowel the cake, stack the cake and fix the diamante trim to the cake and board for her. One very proud Mam, and Beth is so chuffed with herself.
