Chocolate sponge, filled and coated with chocolate whipcream. Covered the sides with chocolate sprinkles. In the centre is a birdsnest of chocolate. I saw this technique on Masterchef Australia and i just had to try! I was sooooo excited it worked hihihi can’t wait to try again ;-)
