Customer asked for a Frozen themed cake a bit different from the ones she had seen.both her & her daughter loved it!
This is a vanilla sponge, filled with Italian cream patissiere, covered with white chocolate ganache and vanilla icing.
The biscuits are all butter sugar cookies given to the young guests as little tokens for participating to the party♥
