This was a free reign cake for a young lady who loves Disney movies. The theme given to me was Frozen so as I didn’t want it to look like a child’s cake I went for the hand cut silhouette images and lace at the bottom.
The cake was a moist choc sponge with belgian choc filling and dark choc ganache.
