This fall wedding cake was for a lovely bride and groom, both of whom were models. The bride actually cried when she tasted the samples. She was so happy to have found the perfect tasting cake. That made my day :-) I wanted so badly to make this cake perfect for her ( i designed it after her wedding dress), but had an issue when delivering it. I used Cake Stackers for the first time but stupidly did not use the stacker for the top tier, just wooden dowels. The top tier started to break up from the vibrations in the car and I almost lost my cool. I was able to fix it at the venue but it was off kilter. :-( They never complained in fact she raved more than any of my other clients about it for years afterwards.
