This was for my Godson’s 2nd Birthday at a Petting Farm. I made my own MMF and failed to refrigerate the cakes. So, working with warm cakes, warm frosting and warm fondant… I got saggy cakes that cracked during our one hour drive to the venue. Not to mention, I should have left the barn off the top for travels, because that certainly didn’t help things!!!
I learned that the sides of the barn should have been mostly dry and not soft so that they would look more finished and less puffy. I could go on!!!
