This Frozen cake was special to me because it was for a little girl with a dairy allergy. I did extensive research and found a delicious dairy free vanilla cake, dairy free buttercream, and even came up with a dairy free chocolate ganache to put under the fondant! I made an isomalt “castle” for the first time ever, which turned out exactly as planned… Yay!
