A double barrel Italian Rum cake that is alternatively filled with Vanilla pastry cream , whipped cream and Chocolate pastry cream and frosted in ganache. Did the brush embroidery for the first time and made the small gumpaste flowers for decorations. The embroidery was done with just 5 minutes in hand, as I was runny out of time.
