Chocolate sponge filled with milky way chocolate spread and coated in Belgian chocolate ganache. I was asked to make this cake for a lady who is leaving work to have a baby, I wanted to do something a bit different so I panelled the edges of the cake with embossed pieces of different coloured fondant. I used the design mats from Katy Sue Designs. I made the horse using the latest edition of Cake Craft & Decoration magazine.
