White and blue wedding
I was so excited to make this cake! The bride showed me a photo of a cake she liked in a magazine and wanted the same thing with just a few changes. I absolutely love the design! The bride had purchased this beautiful cake stand for the cake to be placed on, but unfortunately it was not strong enough to hold the weight of the cake and I could not use it.
Bottom tier is the best red velvet cake I have had (Thanks to Kristen from Bliss Pastry for her amazing recipe), middle tier is vanilla cake and top tier is alternating layers of the two flavors. All iced in cream cheese icing and covered in MMF. 60 petit fours to go with the cake as well. TFL! <3
