Very nice! How did you form the hood if you don’t mind me asking?
Hi Cayman, I used fondant with tylose to create the hollow “hood”. I laid the fondant over a metal hemisphere bowl and let dry for 4 days before carefully cutting the shape needed to place over the cake. I did not put any type of support under the hood as it was stable enough to withstand over 5 hours of display time.
