Chocolate filled with chocolate ganache beurre. I’ve been hoping to make a black and white Mickey cake for so long and finally i had this opportunity coz the mom who requested for this mickey themed birthday cake gave me a chance to design the cake on my own without giving me any cake picture from other decorators to copy. Though it’s not totally black and white but at least a tier, i’m already satisfied. Mom provided me the picture of the jersey shirt for mickey to wear on.
