The overall shaper of this cake is meant to emulate the eiffel tower. The bottom is just some beautiful roses, this then leads into the green corset which is reminiscent of Marie Antoinette, this then goes to the pink fairy floss which is her hair. There are then 3 tiers which have fleur de lis on them and pearls which say “Let Them Eat Cake”, this then leads to the arc de triomphe which is covered in macarons that have gold fleur de lis painted on them. The last tier is a ball of green grass with purple flowers which are meant to signify the lavender fields in France. I hope you can see where I tried to go with this cake. It was the first large cake I did standing at 1.24 meters and one of my first fondant cakes :) Enjoy
