A bit like zombie apocalypse, but more celebratory! A strange request for a wedding anniversary – but a great job for me to do. The recipient was a fan of zombies, and chocolate, hence a chocolate fondant covered chocolate cake topped with bits of the undead, and some gravestones. Of course, no zombie cake would be complete without plenty of blood…..
