I just couldn’t resist adding this picture is from 2002 as it’s one of those ‘old fashion’ tiered royal iced, rich fruit wedding cakes. No I don’t get asked very often to make anything like this but I am ever hopeful that these will one day be back in vouge again :)) And just for the record, all the roses are hand piped with royal icing and the mice are made from gum paste.
