Gravity-defying Chocolate Overload cake! Underneath all those Maltesers and M&Ms is a chocolate cake lined with oreo biscuits and filled with oreo style buttercream (it actually tastes like oreo filling – it’s amazing!)

Things I’d do differently when making this again: not make it in the middle of July when it’s me and chocolate Vs the heat! Got there in the end though – sort of!
This was my first ever gravity-defying cake, I’ll keep practicing :-)
