A Valrhona cacao chocolate cake made for my honorary nephew. He turned two last weekend, 28 April 2012. This was my first attempt at making Baby Cookie Monster. My caking is slowly growing better since last year. I made Rudra’s first birthday cake. This is the last image – of the Tiger which I made from using Frances McNaughton’s 20 to make sugar animals.
