Hello Kitty Cake that was inspired by Royal Bakery. I did an ombre ruffle effect on the bottom tier and Hello Kitty’s dress. I followed Royal Bakery’s tutorial on the topiaries. The top tier is a castle. I used a Wilton Mold for the top of the castle and added in some small red details. I used a wood grain mat on the castle doors. I used my Cricut Cake to cut out the balloons and lettering. This was my first attempt at ruffles, a Hello Kitty, and the topiaries. It was a lot of work, but well worth it in the end.
