Miniature Bride's Tasting Cake with Peach Poppies

This is a mini bride’s tasting cake that I did for my Goddaughter’s tasting party. It’s done in a cooked flour butter cream on red velvet cake. My poor poppies were not quite dry when I put them on, and they look a little floppy!
I used the Wilton small spring form pan to bake this cake in. Each cake was enough to serve small bites to each guest that she brought to her party. I served a peach colored punch made with apricot juice, 7-Up, a little maraschino cherry juice and orange juice, along with cream cheese mints and coffee. It was a lot of fun and all the guests were stuffed.
