This is a mini German Chocolate bride’s tasting cake that I made for my Goddaughter’s wedding tasting party. The sides were iced in chocolate butter cream and then grated chocolate crumbles were pressed into the sides. The faux cherries were made from red fondant and glazed with clear Karo syrup. Her husband wanted a Portal Cake (from a game) as the grooms cake, so this was my sample.
