Miniature Frills with Peach Fantasy Flower
This is a mini bride’s tasting cake that I made for my Goddaughter’s tasting party. I had about 5 different cake samples for her to try that day, each decorated in a different style so that she could see different techniques.
I used the Fat Daddio smallest pan, which I think is a 3" pan and the equivalent of about 2 cupcakes.

Linda ? when you do the frills , do you start from bottom ? or top ?
@ artdecocakesbygali: Gail, you cover the cake first with fondant, then start at the top and work your way down.
THANK YOU LINDA ; ) , I DIDNT KNOW THAT YOU COVER THE CAKE FIRST ;X
Sweet.
Thank you!
