I made this cake for my son and his girlfriend’s graduation from UM (University of Miami). The cake was vanilla with cinnamon swirl (my sons favorite) filled with vanilla/cinnamon buttercream and covered in fondant. The cap is made with RKT covered in fondant. It’s all decorated in fondant with the school colors and the UM logo.
