I spent 16 hours in total working on this cake. My customer brought in several pictures. And I had to do a sketch incorporating all that she liked. I made the peacocks using green gumpaste, then hand painted the colors using lime, teal and purple luster dusts and sprinkled green disco dust. This has to be one of my most loved pieces
