This cake was made with a hexagon 12" bottom tier and a 6" paisley shaped top tier (hand-carved). All the elements are edible and the children ate them like lollipops. All butter cream water and a touch of blue piping gel for a little dimension. The sand was created with remaining cake crumbs and brown sugar. It managed to remain in tact even after a 95 degree afternoon.
