I made this cake for a dear friend of mine, it is a chocolate sponge filled with Nutella. It is covered in Belgian chocolate chip ganache with lots of chocolate pencils round the edge. The top is a lot of ganache and then 2 big bags of maltesers and 2 big bags of M&Ms, some of which may have accidentally fallen into my mouth…….. :-)

The birthday boy loved his cake and at the end of the party there wasn’t very much left, always a good sign!!!
