One of your five a day

This one got me a bit stressed as i was my first orb cake. I used two pudding basins as my moulds to bake the cake in. The bit i found tricky was getting the sugar paste on but have learnt some valuable lessons…roll on the next one.

The reason for this cake was for a birthday,where ever the birthday girl goes, she always insists on freshly squeezed orange juice.
