Hi there, I’m a newly established cake business based in Birmingham. This is a recent cake I made for my daughters on their 13th birthday. The top and bottom tiers are chocolate and the middle one is vanilla sponge. It’s my first attempt at a tiered cake. I was so happy with the result.
