My brief for this cake was a dart theme without the whole cake being a dart board, it’s for a woman so they wanted feminine touches, which was added with a sugarpaste figure of the birthday lady and pretty co-ordinating ribbons. The cake is a vanilla sponge with a light vanilla buttercream & homemade strawberry conserve.
