I made this cake recently to celebrate my kids joint Birthday party with the family.
My son is currently very excited and fascinated with the creatures, characters and corals of the under water world.
We saw a few documentaries which got him more excited and so he insisted on helping with this cake. I think the part that fascinated him the most was the Royal Icing coral that was hollow inside and which we airbrushed together.
I think we made a lot more than coral and fish than we actually needed for this cake.
I would have opted to add less on this cake but you know kids.. ..
Was a fun cake to make.. and I love how colorful it turned out..
