Living in the Irish Midlands and surrounded by farmers….bound to get a few tractor cakes to do hey? Well this was a rather large one, it’s on a 20 inch board. Was great to see the look on the farmer’s face when he saw it….ah yes the hard crusty exterior is no match for cake ;)
