This was supposed to be a very simple cake to which the mom would add Elsa and Anna figurines. Buuuuutttt, it was my first frozen cake and I wanted to “play” so little Madison got a little more than expected. Elsa is modeling chocolate, covered in fondant then painted. Her dress is fondant. The smaller snowflakes are royal icing transfers and the large one on top is gum paste. The cake is white fondant, sprayed blue. The swirls were make by brushing off the blue with vodka and adding a little white where needed.
