This cake ended up 12.5" tall, my tallest single tiered cake which was made up of 8 layers of sponge with 7 laters of ganache. It was for a 40th Birthday and the best thing was I got to deliver it to a pub! I covered it in White fondant and then airbrushed it black and then added the other detail x
